• Gameplay & activity: game sessions, in-service actions, wins/losses, timestamps, and related logs.
• Device & technical: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, language, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Analytics: page views, interaction events, referrers, and performance metrics (may be collected via cookies/SDKs).
• Support & communications: messages you send, attachments, and records of responses.

How we use your information

• Provide and operate the Service, including account access and gameplay.
• Maintain safety, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms.

You can request access to, and correction of, personal information we hold about you. If you believe we have not handled your information appropriately, you can contact us first, and you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (NZ).

Children

The Service is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
